Whether you are coming to fish or spending a week in Park City plan a couple days for flyfishing on the Green River.
We are avid fly fishermen and have been fishing the rivers around Park City Utah all our lives. We encourage, support and practice catch and release fishing. There are several streams and rivers in northern Utah. Flyfishing trips range from half day to three day over night river float trips. We have fly fishing equipment for rent if needed. Full day trips include lunch, soft drinks & water. Local overnight trips include two meals the first day and last day, three meals on other days. We can help make room arrangements at Red Canyon Lodge, Flaming Gorge Lodge or supply tents for camping during your flyfishing experience on the Green River.

We can put together a "cast and blast trip" pheasant hunt one day and flyfish one or two days: stay in the new remodeled 2 bedroom Snow Country condo in downtown Park City. Use your imagination, we can create an experience you'll always remember.
SUGGESTION: If you are new to fly fishing, we recommend some casting lessons before you come, or let us know so we can set up lessons. Good casting allows for more time fishing and may also save you the frustration of learning to cast and get a good drift at the same time.
LOCAL FISHING: There is good flyfishing 15-minutes out of Park City and even more within 2-hours. The Provo and Weber Rivers are very close, with several others east of Park City. We know where to go and what time of year to be there. Please take a day to experience the outdoors surrounding Park City. You can flyfish any season on the scenic Provo River.

GREEN RIVER FLY FISHING AND SCENIC FLOAT TRIPS (We guide for Ashley National Forest Permitee: Old Moe Guide Service. Guiding on the Green River requires a National Forest special use permit.) The Green River is just over 3 hours from Park City. This river is a blue ribbon fishery, and it is world renowned for it's trophy-sized trout and scenic beauty. Our trips provide some of the best fishing in the country. The river allows fishing with artificial lures only. We flyfish on any one of **three river sections** which begin just below Flaming Gorge Dam and total 28 miles in all. We float the river in "Dory type" Drift Boats with a maximum of two people fishing, or three people with one person flyfishing plus guide. Transportation to and from Park City or Salt Lake City is available for overnight trips only. .
