Return Process
To start a return, please contact customer service on this website.
Once your return request is processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as soon as it’s been fully reviewed. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 days.
Subscriptions
Our refund and returns policy for subscriptions last 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
After 7 to 10 days after your refund was accepted by our Customer Service, please contact us.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
